The 24th school enrollment met with CFMEE to start a new chapter in their lives!
1. Lighting up the “Core” World
On July 1st, the breeze was not too dry and the weather was perfect. On this beautiful day, CFMEE welcomed the 2024 school enrollment. Full of passion and longing, they took the first step in their careers and officially became members of the CFMEE family.
2. Introduction to CFMEE
The 5-day training program is the first step for new students to get to know CFMEE. The training was based on “theory + case study + stage assessment”, and aimed to help students understand the company's corporate culture, development strategy, rules and regulations, market business, product knowledge, career development, and other aspects of the company.
3. Passing on the “core” fire to each other
The pattern of life lies in the books we read and the people we meet.
Mentor is a street lamp, pointing out the direction for the newcomers who just joined the company.
A deep bow, thick teacher-student love.
The ceremony witnesses the determination of master and apprentice to work together and pass on the fire.
4. Recognizing “core” friends
During the exchange session, excellent representatives from different positions and departments spoke on the stage. Combined with their own work experience, they shared their practical experience on how to quickly adapt to the workplace environment, how to communicate effectively with team members, how to overcome difficulties encountered in the workplace and so on. These valuable suggestions not only benefited the new students, but also made them full of confidence and expectation for their future career development in the company.

CFMEE's 5-day onboarding camp is a well-prepared feast for new CFMEE members, and is another proof of the company's high regard for and in-depth layout of its talent strategy. We believe that in CFMEE's open and inclusive platform, which encourages innovation, every new member will find his or her own stage and value!
